The large star represents the Communist Party and the four smaller stars identify the peasants, the workers, the bourgeoisie, and the capitalists.

Check with your court house and find out where every elected offical lives in your district.

Find out where that congress man lives and spend the fourth of july at thier house.

A suggestion is to ask the first ileagl allien you see and they will know where he lives.Take your lawn chairs and your signs and just camp out.Have a tailgate party on the streets of the high paid lawyer who works for you except when hes awake or at his office.Put sand bags across his driveway so he can see that some of Americans needs help and hes not there filling bags.

But for many years (fourty seven to be exact), the priorities of the government have been opposite to mine. Mine are accessible education for everybody, equal opportunity for everyone, and solving society’s problems with intelligent, scientific thinking.

(AP) Nearly 100,000 Massachusetts taxpayers have been fined for failing to obtain health insurance, even as a major survey concludes the effort to create near-universal coverage in the state is meeting key goals.

Five percent of taxpayers failed to obtain health coverage last year, and more than half of those - about 97,000 - were forced to forfeit their personal exemption - worth $219 - after it was determined they could have afforded health care.

Two percent of taxpayers - about 62,000 - were found not to earn enough for health care, avoiding fines. Under the landmark law, taxpayers must show they are insured or face penalties. The numbers were based on a review of 86 percent of expected tax filers for 2007.

The state's first-in-the-nation universal health insurance law required everyone in the state to be insured by July 2007, except for those who secured a waiver proving they couldn't afford insurance.

Gov. Deval Patrick said the fact that 95 percent of filers were insured shows the 2006 law is making progress.

'We continue to put one foot in front of the other,' Patrick said Monday.

'It's a very positive first year,' said economist Sharon Long, the report's author.

'The continued challenge of health reform requires the continued support of the population and we find support for health care reform among adults in Massachusetts remains high,' Long said.

In 2006, a legislative committee estimated the law would cost about $725 million in the fiscal year starting in July. In his budget, Patrick set aside $869 million, but those overseeing the law have already acknowledged costs will rise even higher.

Lawmakers are hoping to close the gap in part with a new dollar-per-pack cigarette tax.

'Our success has created a very big challenge for us,' Senate President Therese Murray said.

The report was paid for by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the Commonwealth Fund and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Massachusetts hospitals have collectively seen a substantial increase in profit over the past two years, with profits almost doubling between 2004 and 2006, according to an analysis of public financial data by the Massachusetts Nurses Association. Not surprisingly, given longstanding tensions on the issue, MNA is arguing that hospitals should use these funds to boost staff-to-patient ratios. Hospitals say that they've boosted staffing by 15 percent over the past three years, but the union contends that these numbers are inaccurate.
According to the data, the state's hospitals earned more than $1 billion in profits during 2006, a 10 percent increase from 2005. Meanwhile, profits nearly doubled between 2004 and 2006. Standouts from the crowd included teaching hospital Massachusetts General, which earned $295 million in 2006, Children's Hospital, which earned $101 million, and Brigham and Women's Hospital, which earned $69 million. Despite these gains, however, 40 of the state's 69 acute care hospitals had a lower profit margin last year than previously, down to 3 percent in 2006 from 3.5 percent in 2005.

Does anyone know how many party's and Political organizations there are just in the USA???

We the people do not have anyone to represent us.Our congress is too busy listening to all the Political organization and party's and lobbyists from all over the world .

This election has shown that there is a problem in our country and it is the people who took an oath to get in to office and then we the people are left far behind in the dust as they scramble to please all of the people who gave them money or helped them get in to office.

As you can see they will beg for our VOTE and spend millions to convince us to Vote for them and then when its over they go back to begging the Political organization for money and ask them ,what should they do for the poor slobs at the bottom of the money ladder.

We need a Political Organization to lobby and influence and beg for laws for us the American people.

We have a list of members and its registered Voters.

We can get donations from congress ,so we can send out mail to all Voters in the USA.

All of us have money to give to candidates already taken out of our tax's.

I doubt if we could become tax exempt as the Political organization are.

We could get news letters out that report the news of the American people and does not have to lie so as to protect the owners of the news company's .

We could petition in courts and the congress and make amendments to the Constitution to shut off this garbage in our country.

We could ask for the arrest of the General Electric, CEO and just like the homosexuals do ,to get judges to protect them.

We could holler kill whitey and protest in the streets to get laws changed in protection of us.We could get donations to us from our congress.

Wow we could get our schools fixed instead of the Rich's schools .We could get our rights back and be able to sue the rich .We could get the wages of congress cut and cut off their retirement and best of all we could make it where a poor man could become president of the USA.They would come make speech's to US and beg us for money.Just think we could declare the gangs in America terrorists organization and bring the army back home (who have trained fighting them)and clean up our city's and make them safe for US the hard working and honest Americans.

We need a Political organization to lobby and influence and beg for laws for us the American people.We need and can get out of the BOX they have put us in.

Just think some one doing this for all the people. Establish Justice(for good people not criminals), insure domestic Tranquility(shoot gang members), provide for the common defense(close that border), promote the general Welfare(Schools,Hospitals,safe food), and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity(this is our children and not just theirs), do ordain(enforce laws and make it happen for all) and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

here we have a teacher doing her job(shes black to)and now she has her career ruined and she will be on the unemployed line and a illegal alien will get the job she is to lazy for and did not want.16 children have been taught that only the sick or criminals win in America.There 32 parents can not protect them and the state can not protect them and worse than that the congress will not protect them.In Florida are two cases of teachers abusing kids one gets off and another will get 10 years.One must be rich and the other poor.Double standards are still alive and well.They watch judges on TV giving out sentences of 14 days to Pop Tarts and their fathers get a year in jail and loss their jobs and still congress wont say a word.

In this same state not long ago the congress quite trying to get reelected and in two days passed a bill and it went to the supreme court and all this hurry up action was to save a white women who was in a comma.Guess you were not in office and did not know that.Guess you did not know that the congress did the same thing in less time so as to get a recount in the 2000 election.

Now we have a teacher who did no wrong and was doing her job and teaching the 16 kids how to follow the rules and that if you don't ,then you will be punished.The appeals court of California now has overturned a law that was VOTED in by the people of California just to protect the gays so the democrat party will get their vote.I am being threaten with being kicked off My Space because i coped a part of Obamas speech that has the word GAY in it.There goes another Americans right to free speech just so you can be reelected.In the state of Texas another Appeals court has ruled on the kids of criminals and their has been no trial and no error in it.Now the Texas supreme court has ruled that kids be returned and still there has been no trial???

We listen to the congress talking on TV about how social security is broken and the Medicaid is broke and in 2000 the republicans said no money went in to Medicaid and lied to us and I have Tax's removed from my check each month for medicate.Anyone can check the government records and see both have a surplus.The democrats have been running for office since 9/11 and getting on TV and running down the president and hollering for time lines and just plain witch hunting for anything to get reelected and still illegals aliens stream across that border and now 500 kids were fighting in a school and probably because the American kids wont speak Spanish.Worst of all the American flag was burned in the streets and not one policeman knocked his head off just stood their because the congress is trying to get reelected.The police in LA are getting sued for doing their duty during the riots that were caused by the good people carrying Mexican flags.At one time in our history it was Viet Nam flags in NYC.In Philadelphia the prosecutor does not know what charges to file after watching police on tape beat up and assault the two criminals and we learned that congress is busy and cant see that a problem exists in America.No one wants to enforce the laws.People who tried to blow up buildings and blinded a policeman doing his duty are teaching in a university and friends to Obama and still you wont arrest the traitor Jane Fonda.The lesson is that you want arrest the rich and famous and your friends.Rev wright has preached hate and race speech's for 35 years but still you and Obama say nutting.Now another preacher of the Catholic faith is preaching politics from the pulpit and still you set on your hands and divide the congress and wont enforce the law of the land.Hard to get a lawyer to sue a lawyer before a judge who is a lawyer.Its called job protection ,unless its Americans jobs.

FAYETTEVILLE - 5 News recently brought you the story of an illegal immigration bust. Now, we bring you the story of one man who did come to the country illegally, but will soon be graduating from the University of Arkansas.

Rafael Arciga "At the border we met the smugglers, the coyote. We rode in a car, but then all of a sudden they say 'Get up!' 'Get out! Get out! Get out!' So we have to crawl through, through a fence, and jump off the bridge."

Early in the morning, eight years ago, a "coyote," or smuggler, rushed Arciga through muddy sugar cane fields, across the Mexican border into America. "For me it was an adventure.(They charge 2000 dollars for each one taken over the border)

This has still got people mad in NW Arkansas and the judge has not been kicked out of office and the guy is not deported and he got a student loan and is a lobbyists up in Washington DC with all of you in congress.Hes there to help more criminals to get here and you eat lunch and donuts with him.Is his mother still illegal and why did she not get sent back.You failed to enforce the law and cheated another American.

Millions have emailed in that it was wrong to kick that kid out.

Wheres the 16 kids ,32 parents at and now that all their kids have been taught that the teacher was wrong and that their parents will not be able to protect them from the bad /sick ones going to go to school.Scary thought that they will grow up being beat up and some kid will blow out their brains just cause the world had rather protect a sick kid.Their once upon a time was special schools for sick kids and they cost toooo much.So better to save money than save 16 kids.

Congress can go to Iraq to solve problems but not to our schools to help kids.

Hundreds of parents of autistic children are signing an online petition to get Florida teacher Wendy Portillo fired for her alleged tactics toward a 5-year-old boy that mirror the reality show "Survivor."

Morningside Elementary School in Port St. Lucie, Fla., alerted Melissa Barton this year that her son, Alex, suffers from a high-functioning form of autism called Asperger's Syndrome, FOX 29 reported.

Barton claims that Alex was punished for symptoms of his disability, such as humming and eating his homework. She says Portillo went too far last week when she kicked Alex out of class, and then allowed the other students to vote on whether he should be allowed back in.

Each student was also allowed to say what he or she did not like about Alex. By a 14-to-2 margin, the students voted Alex out of class, according to The South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

"She said this was her way of correcting his behavior," Barton said. "I asked him how that made him feel and he said, ‘I feel sad.’"

Barton has filed a complaint with Morningside's school resource officer, who investigated the matter, Port St. Lucie Police Department spokeswoman Michelle Steele told the Sun-Sentinel.

But the state attorney's office decided the matter did not meet criteria for emotional child abuse, so no criminal charges will be filed, Steele said.

The teacher has been disciplined, however.

Here we go again! Who has broken the rules and who is in class to learn how to live with others by following the rules.The kid is sick and disrupts the class and 16 other kids who are following the rules are being harmed by the one who is sick.The teacher who follows rules and kicks out the bad sick kid so as to protect the 16's right to get an education does her job as a teacher.This Selfage Mom who only cares about her own kid and she wants the teacher fired so she gets with other parents of sick kids and threatens to sue school and wants a good teacher fired.

The State says no wrong has been done and the teacher was right and then horrors of all horrors the school board or superintent desides to fire or remove the Teacher.

Another criminal in America has won and 16 good children have been taught that its all right to do what ever you want because the government is to busy playing Red and Blue states to step in and protect a good teacher and punishes the bad school board or superintendent

Where is the federal prosecutor that should be all over these people protecting the rights of the teacher.

Are they to busy running for reelection and protecting the rights of criminals ,which these 16 kids can see everyday on the streets getting away with breaking the rules and laws.are these not the same people who wont arrest Jane Fonda and enforce the law of the land cause she is one of their kind or that she has money and to hell with these people down here in the streets.We have to protect our jobs and money not the 16 in a classroom.

What is the 2 Senators and congressman for this district doing to day and when are they going to enforce the laws of the land.
