Call it the overlooked election. An intense battle is going on right now for control of Congress, but it’s overshadowed in the media by a historic race for the White House.

So which party has the upper hand in the fight for Capitol Hill?

The answer, according to a new national poll, appears to be the Democrats. In a CNN/Opinion Research Corp. survey released Tuesday, 56 percent of those questioned are backing the Democratic candidate for Congress, while 42 percent support the Republicans.(today the poll is 50 % McCain and 48% Obama)

That’s a change from immediately after the GOP convention, when the Democrats had only a 3-point lead lead over the Republicans, 49 percent to 46 percent.

We the people do not have anyone to represent us.Our congress is too busy listening to all the Political organization and party's and lobbyists from all over the world .

This election has shown that there is a problem in our country and it is the people who took an oath to get in to office and then we the people are left far behind in the dust as they scramble to please all of the people who gave them money or helped them get in to office.

We could get news letters out that report the news of the American people and does not have to lie so as to protect the owners of the news company's .

We could petition in courts and the congress and make amendments to the Constitution to shut off this garbage in our country.

We could ask for the arrest of the General Electric, CEO and just like the homosexuals do ,to get judges to protect them.

We could holler kill whitey and protest in the streets to get laws changed in protection of us.We could get donations to us from our congress.

Wow we could get our schools fixed instead of the Rich's schools .We could get our rights back and be able to sue the rich .We could get the wages of congress cut and cut off their retirement and best of all we could make it where a poor man could become president of the USA.They would come make speech's to US and beg us for money.Just think we could declare the gangs in America terrorists organization and bring the army back home (who have trained fighting them)and clean up our city's and make them safe for US the hard working and honest Americans.

Florida Teacher Allegedly Lets Kindergarteners Kick Autistic Boy Out of Class in 'Survivor'-Like Vote

Hundreds of parents of autistic children are signing an online petition to get Florida teacher Wendy Portillo fired for her alleged tactics toward a 5-year-old boy that mirror the reality show "Survivor."

Morningside Elementary School in Port St. Lucie, Fla., alerted Melissa Barton this year that her son, Alex, suffers from a high-functioning form of autism called Asperger's Syndrome, FOX 29 reported.

Barton claims that Alex was punished for symptoms of his disability, such as humming and eating his homework. She says Portillo went too far last week when she kicked Alex out of class, and then allowed the other students to vote on whether he should be allowed back in.

Each student was also allowed to say what he or she did not like about Alex. By a 14-to-2 margin, the students voted Alex out of class, according to The South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

"She said this was her way of correcting his behavior," Barton said. "I asked him how that made him feel and he said, ‘I feel sad.’"

Barton has filed a complaint with Morningside's school resource officer, who investigated the matter, Port St. Lucie Police Department spokeswoman Michelle Steele told the Sun-Sentinel.

But the state attorney's office decided the matter did not meet criteria for emotional child abuse, so no criminal charges will be filed, Steele said.

Here we go again! Who has broken the rules and who is in class to learn how to live with others by following the rules.The kid is sick and disrupts the class and 16 other kids who are following the rules are being harmed by the one who is sick.The teacher who follows rules and kicks out the bad sick kid so as to protect the 16's right to get an education does her job as a teacher.This Selfage Mom who only cares about her own kid and she wants the teacher fired so she gets with other parents of sick kids and threatens to sue school and wants a good teacher fired.

The State says no wrong has been done and the teacher was right and then horrors of all horrors the school board or superintent desides to fire or remove the Teacher.

Another criminal in America has won and 16 good children have been taught that its all right to do what ever you want because the government is to busy playing Red and Blue states to step in and protect a good teacher and punishes the bad school board or superintendent

Where is the federal prosecutor that should be all over these people protecting the rights of the teacher.

Are they to busy running for reelection and protecting the rights of criminals ,which these 16 kids can see everyday on the streets getting away with breaking the rules and laws.are these not the same people who wont arrest Jane Fonda and enforce the law of the land cause she is one of their kind or that she has money and to hell with these people down here in the streets.We have to protect our jobs and money not the 16 in a classroom.

What is the 2 Senators and congressman for this district doing to day and when are they going to enforce the laws of the land.

For 50 years they are to busy running the world and trying to get reelected

Hillery is still in,1972 trying to over throw the government with Huntington's revolution and now the states of Florida and Michigan broke the rules and are being punished and Hillery will not do anything about safe city's and wont get rid of her cheap labor mowing her yard.She says the supreme court took away the right decision from a lower court.

Its the rules that count and too many want to change them so as not to be punished are sent to prison and she is not going to enforce the laws of the land.

Is she not one of the do nothing congress who did nothing but politic against Bush.Is she not one of the Democrat party that set on their hands when the president was asking for something to be done for the American people.

Since 1972 when you were protesting in the streets to get the same change that Abler(who bombed some buildings)wanted.You and others are still fighting all those fights from the 1970s and when you got into congress did nothing but block every move for 35 years.you are Protecting super delegates or protecting super rich???

Yes we need a change in what our repersentives do in congress.

How long must we be witness to our congress playing politics with our lives and our children and our jobs since the seventy's.? they have blamed each other for what happens in our streets and still they set on their hands and do nothing.The party's (Democrat and republican and whoever)are not the ones elected to office to repersent us.the Constitution says very clearly who they are and what their job is.

The Constitution does not mention Party's at all.Their are no blue and red states.The party's are the only ones divided in America.The rest of us are still Americans.

What got me to thinking about this?

When I was at the VA hospital yesterday ,we were talking about this very same thing, that all us old guys and gals have watched take place in our country.Why does congress fuss and fight with each other and why does the presidents since Nixon have all been Pussy's.They forgot what they were elected for .We all agreed that our country is in trouble and don't know how we can find people who will save it.Sure are none up their now.We know we honored our oath to our country and laugh when we try to find when they honored their oath to the American people.

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People(this is us) of the several States,

Section 3 - The Senate

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, (chosen by the Legislature thereof,) (The preceding words in parentheses superseded by Amendment XVII, section 1.) for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Amendment XVII - Senators Elected by Popular Vote.

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors( this is US) in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

The Senate shall have the sole Power

First of all how did the court get the power to rule on overturning a law in America.Its an appeals court on top of that.

here is the part of the Constution that says the president and the congress are not doing the business of the people.

Article III. - The Judicial Branch

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts (this is the court who thinks it has power to make laws).as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.

So why is the president and congress letting this happen???Cant read or don't care and want to overthrow the laws even thou they know full well the people are against this kind of criminal activity .Be wonderful if they quite fighting among them selves and fought for us.Enforce the laws is all we ask.I guess the excuse of Kennedy is ill and we were at his bed side and don't have time for the enforcement of laws????

He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

"he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed", this is the real problem in America and it is that the president is not making sure that laws are enforced and that means all laws even the police on the streets.He is commander in chief of the army's so as to make it easy for him to enforce the laws .This is why Hover and Eisenhower kicked the illegals out of this country .The president can start trucking all criminals out of the country and arrest any judge and congress man who wants to try to stop him.He cant do that can he, says you. oh yes he can and its been done before.

Why since the 1970s has our leaders set on their hands and said nothing? they are afraid that you may learn to read and start demanding that all gang members be thrown in jail and they (Congress)don't want their friends and sources of money and children thrown in jail.This is why Criminals win in America,Why did Truman say the buck stops here???Just so he could be blamed ,are that he is the top enforcer of laws in the land.

President Bush has 7 months left to start enforcing the laws and get rid of the criminals before the troops get home and have to do it.The Indians were moved out by Jackson and the Illegals can be moved out .The congress is protecting employers and the employers can be tried as traitors and on laws of aiding and abiding criminals and some of the press and lawyers and ACLO can go to trial with them.They sent Doctor Spock to prison for 3 years.The CEO of general Electric is known and can be proved that he is breaking the law and not one part of the government is enforcing the laws.

What happen to this part of the Constitution????

We had to go to public schools and we had to mind our mothers and fathers and follow the rules of this country.We had no rich white grandparents to raise us and send us to private schools.Our mothers did not become single mothers who worked on hotel street and then remarried another.We had to get loans to go to university's or in my case pay for it my self while working at the railroad at nite.Our fathers were not married to two women at the same time .Our fathers worked hard for a living and now you would give our jobs to any thing that can crawl over a fence .We took Oaths of Allegiance to this ,Our country and you wont even put your hand over your heart and probably one of those that keeps talking and drinking beer while the national anthem is being played.You listen for 20 years to pure hate for white men and then tell us you never heard a thing .I would not set long enough to hear you cheering him when he finished and I am afraid I would not be alone going to my car.What wonderful ,proud Americans has financed you to get you Thur life ?.The slobs you beg for votes had to work for our living and not get it handed to us.They have an old saying "you judge a man by the company he keeps".

    In the 1970s we had a gas shortage .Long lines at the pumps.I was in Houston Texas at the time and the ships setting off shore looked like a parking lot.The tops of the tanks that hold that oil were not at the bottom of the tanks, but were at top.Why was there a shortage and why were the ships not off loaded.Nixon was President.

How did all the Arabs that own stores and the oil refineries get loans to buy all that property????

Now lets go to new Orleans in 2006 AD and some refinery's were hurt and the price of gas shot up.Two refinery's putting out 5% of the gas in this country.There are 143 Operable Petroleum Refineries in this country and 106 Operable Petroleum Refineries that are owned by American firms.18 Operable Petroleum Refineries are owned by country's friendly to us.15 Operable Petroleum Refineries are owned by OPEC.7 Operable Petroleum Refineries are owned by Saudi Arabia.Open up your Calculator and you get 10% of the Gasoline producers are controlling 100% of the prices in America.Looks like all are members of OPEC.

Does Congress come on the TV and show you whats happing are do they start looking for some body to impeach and all this time they are breaking the laws of the USA and changing them to protect the Martha Stewart's of the Land.

They are like the State Legislator in Colorado who wanted to raise the toll Boothe fees on the highway so as to cut down on the number of people on the road so he could get to the ski sloops faster.He makes 80,000 a year and his toll is probably free and he could care less about the working man not being able to get to work.Congress has become the same selfsame person.

Now in all the years that have passed why cant a Congress and president tell you the truth and why. Yes it is about oil but not in IRAQ.Its about oil in America and the controlling of the price of oil.EXXON BRINGS IN Venezuelan Oil and OPEC sets the price and was not Marta Stewart sent to jail for manipulating price and what happen to monopoly laws and why does 106 American company's set their prices the same as OPEC each and every time.

Solution:We don't need to see our President down on his knees and begging to a king.Taxing Exxon is not a solution and the laughter will go on for years.Reelecting the same guys who did nothing wont help the American people.We need to see American War ships stopping the Opec Oil from coming in to America and throw Exxon board and CEO in jail .Roll back the price of oil to %60.00 a barrel and shoot the finger at OPEC.This Democrat Congress is going to just talk about the problem and do nothing so as to get reelected.

We need leaders who are Americans and work for Americans and help Americans. The rest of them kick out.
