Here we are trying to decide on who we would like to nominate for president of the USA.Just what are we looking for in this person.Does what this person looks like ,are how much stuff he/she has around them matter?.Does the words he uses to gain our trust matter?I have given this much thought since I voted in the election that put John F. Kennedy in the white house. The one thing I have noticed ,that is of the greatest Importance ,is Does he follow the rules. The problem in America can be traced back to to all of us at the age of 2 years old.This is that magic time when we all see a reflection in the mirror and recognize it as ME or I.It is also about that time that we Hear and know what the word NO means.The rules have begun.For the next 4 years we will laugh and cry and eat and grow and walk and run and learn the basic rules from mom and dad.Follow the rules and life is full of honey and just plain Good.But break the rules and life becomes BAD.Our schools are broken and parents are not teaching the simple rules. I remember a great example of rules from collage.He said rules are laws that makes it possible for us to play games with each other.Just name or make up a game without rules or laws.If you make up a game without rules then your first rule will be that there are no rules and thus you have made a rule.Now it becomes simple what the difference is between the kids who never get in trouble and the ones are always going to the office is. Watch a bitch dog with her puppies ,and see if you can see the rules she teaches her puppies.Oops I broke a rule and used a word that now breaks the modern day rules.but did I break the nasty word rule or use a word that is the name of the mother dog.If you say I broke the rule then you are saying their is a Grey area between the good use and the bad use of the word.This is the problem in America to day .Everyone wants to change the meaning of the rules so it wont apply to them or their kids.The rule says Thou Shalt not Kill(are any other word you want to stick in there).The Grey area is that if my husband abuses me i have the right to kill him.Do you??? As you can see by now that 68% of America are following the rules and 1% are in prison and the rest are under 18 and learning the rules (hopefully). Its important to pick some one who follows the rules so we can be assured that he/she will Enforce the rules of the land.Children and movies and even the news media say the rules are to be broken and thats what makes us free.All criminals say that they did not break the rules and under the rules they go before a jury of people who have not broken the rules and we find out they have broken the rules and they are sent to jail for a certain time based on the rules.Called the rule of law.If we apply this new found knowledge to the world around us then who is free and who broke the law.There are many people on the TV ,Movies and in the streets who are auguring that the rules need changing ,so as to protect whom from what law. What is a Law? So what is a law? Well, picture your family sitting down to play a board game. You need to know the rules in order to play, right? The same thing goes for your day-to-day life -- you need to know the rules or laws. Every country has their own set of laws and each is unique to that country. For example, in the United States, the law says we drive on the right-hand side of the road. In England, on the other hand, their law states they drive on the left. You could really do some damage if you didn't know that law and started driving on the wrong side of the road! Now that we know what a law is, who makes the laws? Well, laws can be made by the national government or by individual state governments. National laws are those laws that everyone in the country must follow. Laws made by individual states are only good in that State,County or City. On this site, we will talk about how laws are made on the national level.After reading this it makes me wonder why so many mayors,city counsels,and state governors and legislatures are getting away with ignoring the enforcement of laws in the USA.We watch police just stand there and the demonstrators just goes ahead and burns the flag of America.What no rules about the flag or he doesn't give a crap about it anyway. Who Makes Laws? National laws are made in Congress , which is part of the legislative branch and is made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Congress can make laws on all kinds of matters, such as setting speed limits on highways or regulating how much radon may be found in drinking water. During each Congress, which lasts two years, senators and representatives introduce about 10,000 bills. During that time, about 650 bills are passed by Congress and then signed into law by the president.We need to enforce the laws and get rid of judges and attorneys and city counsel members and judges and senators and people elected to office who want to change the laws of the land just to protect themselves are their criminal friends.This includes the arrest of those who tell law enforcement not to enforce certain laws. The objectives of protecting victims and lawfully punishing perpetrators is the sworn duty of Lawmakers.The way laws are changed are Thur the elected members of society that we the people voted for and sent there to represent us and make laws to protect us the people.its called a republic.

We were all taught that under Common law that we won't Lie,Steal,Cheat or have sex with our baby sister/brother.We wont beat them till they lay on the floor dying and then lie that daddie did it.Parents are teaching us that they can trust us not to break or bend the rules.Therefore Lying is breaking a rule of common law and of the institutions of a society.The act of lying(politics)leads to stealing(economics)and/or the killing of trust or a member of society.Lying is not good.When you walk into that booth to vote ,how many of the names on that list broke the rules of society??? So a Common law rule that we have the right to know how they pick their nose and what they did with the bugger is good. So who argues that we the voter has no right to know ??? One who follows the rules or One who breaks the law and/or argues there is a Grey Area between right and wrong.Rev. Jeremiah Wright preaches politics from the pulpit using lies and knows full well it breaks the laws of the USA.Even the bible is a rule book and his breaking the rules of the bible he professes to believe in is not the fault of the American people ,but his. We got hit hard again last night and Linda had never seen such a light show ,as we watched all nite last nite.Could have been a 1000 lighting strikes and hour .It looked like the sky was on fire and the thunder seem to never stop.The drive is gone this morning when i went to check on Neighbors.My son was in the path of tornado's and as soon as the phone came back on this evening at about 4PM I called and he said they were all right but the damage was every where.I called the light company cause this is first time in 21 years here that the lights and phone were both out.Greasy Creek had went wild and took out the power transmission lines coming from Elkins and about 3000 of us were in the dark .She said they been there since 5 this morning and would try to get it back on .At 5 PM (in time for Cash Cab) they came on.The only damage we have is my drive is now a pig trail and river bed.My internet connections has changed back to as slow as Dialup,Hope that gets fixed wont be able to play games. This next article is about the guy who was in prison and wanted to sell his house and I bought it in 1985 and still live here.He was in prison for shop lifting and wanted 12000 for the place and I gave 6000 cash and when he got out of prison he attacked me in front yard for being a thief.When police drug him away ,I reminded him they will carry you off next time.Have not seen since ,but i see he has not found Jesus except when in prison.
