The unwelcome intruders are the growing number of traitors in this country. You the mayor and city counsel were voted in to represent the people who voted you into office and not Jane Fonda or any other supporters of the enemies of the USA.Since the 60's you so called repersentitives of the people are deaf to the people and only hear any one who pays you enough to now pass an act of treason.
